Global Route Preview

Choose a region first, then check how the connection performs.

VPNUB offers 220+ routes across 90+ countries. Before choosing a route, check which region your destination website or app requires, then factor in your local network and the time of day. A nearby exit is a good starting point for everyday browsing. For a specific streaming library or service, prioritize its regional requirements rather than distance alone.

The table below illustrates how route names and types are presented. It does not guarantee availability in any specific city, streaming library, or platform. Refer to the user panel and client for current route names and options. After connecting, test the website, video, or tool you actually use. A connected status in the client does not mean every app is using the same route.

Route status is for comparing options, not a speed test of your personal network. Check performance on your current device and in the apps you use.

Common settings for cross-border access

Configure routes, devices, and apps separately.

Choosing a route during peak hours

Compare real tasks, not just route names.

Work hours and evening streaming can place different demands on your connection. A webpage loading successfully does not mean video will play smoothly. When choosing a route, keep the destination region in mind and compare it using the websites, videos, and file services you regularly use. After switching routes, reopen the target app so an existing connection does not skew your results. If only one app has a problem, check its region and split-tunneling settings first. VPNUB route categories can help narrow your choices, but actual performance depends on your local network. Don’t mistake temporary congestion for a lack of plan data.

Bank-grade encryption

Connection protection and account security have different limits.

VPNUB uses bank-grade encryption to protect your connection. When using public Wi-Fi or switching networks, confirm the client is connected before browsing. Encryption does not replace a website’s own account security or your judgment about downloads and page sources. Keep your username, password, and subscription details secure, and never post subscription information in public forums. When accessing important accounts, check the website address and sign-in prompts. For details about data handling and service limitations, see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Using multiple devices

Unlimited devices; data is still subject to your plan.

Use your computer for work, your tablet for research, and another device for video without repeatedly disconnecting just because you’re switching devices. VPNUB allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Device limits and data allowances are separate: keep an eye on your plan usage when using multiple devices. After installation, check the subscription, route, and split-tunneling settings on each device individually. A successful connection on one device does not mean the others are configured. To transfer or reinstall, get the client and subscription from the user panel so you’re using the same official source.

Split-tunneling for AI tools

Match your region choice to the route used by each app.

When accessing AI tools, assess route connectivity, account region, and the platform’s own rules separately. First check which regions the tool supports, then choose an exit accordingly. If the site opens but you can’t send a prompt, check the client’s split-tunneling rules, browser session, and any messages from the platform. After switching routes, reopen the page to confirm new requests use the expected path. VPNUB provides cross-border connectivity; account eligibility, paid features, and regional policies are determined by each tool’s platform. When troubleshooting, note the exact message and circumstances instead of changing every setting at once.

Choosing a streaming region

Check the library first, then test playback.

The same streaming service may offer different libraries in different regions. Not finding a title and buffering during playback are separate issues. If you need a specific title, check which region offers it, choose an exit there, and reopen the app. If it still shows the previous region, check for an old session, app cache, or account settings. A route name alone cannot guarantee ongoing access to a library, and platforms may change how they determine location. Test the title you want to watch, and keep video quality settings and plan data in mind. For more on regional restrictions, exit locations, and common playback messages, read our streaming access guide.

Refunds and service limitations

Read the terms first, then test it on your own network.

VPNUB offers a 7-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, check client compatibility, data allowance, reset schedule, and payment options. After activation, test the apps you use on your own network rather than assuming someone else’s experience will match yours. To ask about an order or request a refund, sign in to the user panel, submit a support ticket with the relevant order details, and keep a record of the conversation. The Terms of Service explain eligibility and how requests are handled. The refund policy gives you a clear basis for your decision; it does not guarantee how third-party platforms or every network will perform.

Download the client and get your subscription

Start in the user panel and set up each device.

Sign in to the user panel to get the client and subscription. Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux users can download the client after signing in; no purchased plan is required. The iOS client requires an active plan. Installing the client and activating route service are separate steps: being able to access the download does not mean you already have an active subscription allowance.

On your first visit, create an account, then get the client using the instructions in the panel. To connect to a route, choose a suitable plan and import the subscription. After updating, make sure the route list appears before selecting an exit and connecting. Treat subscription details as account credentials; don’t show them in screenshots or public posts.

Check your connection

Open a familiar website, confirm the exit region, then test the apps you actually use. If the website works but an app still reports the wrong region, check its session and routing path first; there’s no need to reinstall the entire client.

Monthly plans and data add-ons

Choose a data allowance for your usage and a billing option that fits your routine.

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting monthly on your activation date. When choosing a tier, consider what you do and how often: browsing and text tools, streaming, and large file transfers use different amounts of data. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Check your account usage as you go, then decide whether to adjust your allowance. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check your user panel for order details.

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9 / month

A good option for checking your data needs with browsing, research, and text-based tools.

  • 60GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • 7-day refund policy

250GB monthly plan

¥18 / month

For everyday work plus streaming and access from multiple devices.

  • 250GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • 7-day refund policy

Occasional use? Compare data add-ons

Data add-ons last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They work differently from monthly plans, which reset each month. Choose an allowance based on whether you want data available over a longer period. Don’t choose a plan based only on device count, and note that add-on data does not renew monthly.

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Before confirming, check the plan name, billing method, and amount. Your plan status after payment is shown in the user panel. If you have questions about an order, submit a support ticket there.

Common questions before you start

Get the details on accounts, devices, and billing first.

Does downloading the client mean routes are free forever?

Getting the client and subscribing to routes are separate steps. Sign in to download the client on Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux; you don’t need to have purchased a plan. The iOS client requires an active plan. Route service is billed by plan, with monthly plans starting at ¥9.9. Check the plan page and user panel for current benefits; downloading the client does not mean you get free routes forever.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your sign-in details safe. Get the client, check your subscription, confirm orders, and submit support tickets in the user panel. Don’t share your full subscription details publicly; they are account credentials, not an ordinary webpage URL.

How many devices can be connected at once?

There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. VPNUB supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; install the client and import the subscription on each device. The device limit and your plan’s data allowance are separate. Plan for streaming, file transfers, and everyday work based on your account usage, rather than device count alone.

When does monthly plan data reset? Do data add-ons expire?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data add-ons last until used and never expire. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. When checking usage, confirm the plan type and billing period so you don’t confuse monthly data with the remaining balance on a data add-on. View order details in the user panel.

Which payment methods are supported, and where can I find the refund policy?

VPNUB supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and offers a 7-day refund policy. See the Terms of Service for the full refund policy. To ask about an order or request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket with the relevant order details. If the issue involves connection performance, include the platform, route, and exact message to help distinguish an order issue from a setup problem.

Connection checks and setup guides

Start with the question you need answered.

Setting up the client? Start with our Windows setup guide. Already connected but unsure whether traffic is using your selected route? Check your exit IP, DNS, and app access one by one. When comparing free and paid services, look separately at data allowances, speed limits, and data handling so you don’t mistake similarly named plans for the same service.
